WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Genesis medical provider, you'll play a central role in each patient's experience, from the initial consultation through treatment, follow-up, and long-term results.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, history, labs, and clinical findings.

• Evaluate and manage patients participating in medical weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Evaluate and manage appropriate hormone optimization and replacement therapy for male and female patients.

• Participate in men's and women's sexual wellness consultations and treatments.

• Perform and/or oversee appropriate aesthetic and wellness procedures.

• Educate patients about treatment options, expectations, benefits, risks, and ongoing care.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.

• Review laboratory results and clinical data.

• Prescribe and manage medications within your scope of practice.

• Maintain thorough and timely medical documentation.

• Follow established clinical protocols while exercising appropriate clinical judgment.

• Collaborate closely with the broader Genesis team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

• Help build long-term patient relationships that drive strong outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.

• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, privacy, professionalism, and clinical care.

MORE THAN A TWO-DAY-A-WEEK POSITION

We're initially looking for a provider to join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Las Vegas location.

But we're looking for more than someone to simply cover two days.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

As patient demand and the Las Vegas practice continue to expand, there is potential for this position to develop into a full-time provider opportunity.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in Nevada.

• Active and current DEA registration is required for the position.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

• The ability to confidently educate patients and explain treatment options.

• A warm, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• A commitment to learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence.

• Comfort working with both male and female patients across a variety of health and wellness concerns.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

• GLP-1 and medical weight-loss therapies

• Hormone replacement or hormone optimization

• Functional or integrative medicine

• Men's and women's sexual wellness

• Medical aesthetics

• Injectable or other hands-on procedures

• Wellness or longevity medicine

• Patient retention and relationship-based care

3. Men's & Women's Sexual Wellness Help patients address sensitive quality-of-life concerns in a professional, compassionate environment. Providers must be comfortable learning and performing appropriate treatments involving male and female-specific anatomy.

4. Aesthetics Participate in aesthetic and body-focused treatments designed to help patients feel more confident in their appearance.

You'll receive training and support as you expand your knowledge and capabilities within the Genesis model.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

$75 PER HOUR

This part-time position offers a competitive rate of $75/hour .

In addition to strong hourly compensation, this role provides the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple high-growth areas of medicine, receive ongoing training, and build a long-term career within Genesis Lifestyle Medicine.

As our Las Vegas practice grows, a high-performing provider may have the opportunity to increase their schedule and transition into a full-time position , along with opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement.
