To support the pre-service authorization process, the full-time remote Access Coordinator will gather and input insurance information, prepare prior authorizations, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate claim submissions. Key responsibilities: Prepares and submits payer-specific prior authorizations and referrals in accordance with guidelines and medical policy criteria Collaborates with clinicians to obtain necessary information for successful authorization approval Thoroughly documents all interactions related to insurance processes within the electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Required qualifications: 1 year of relatable healthcare experience
