Housing Stability Case Manager — Homelessness Prevention
Community Of Hope Inc.
Community of Hope is seeking a Housing Stability Case Manager for our Homelessness Prevention Program in Washington, DC. The role involves providing personalized support, connecting clients with resources, and empowering families to overcome barriers to stability. The position is based at Conway Health and Resource Center in Southwest, DC and offers a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a social work background or related field, at least one year in social services, strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Of Hope Inc.
