Banco Santander is seeking an experienced Financial Control & Analysis Associate in the United States to support budgeting, cost management, and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with Front Office and Corporate teams, drive variance analysis, improve reporting processes, and develop financial models to enable informed decision-making under tight deadlines.
