AI Workflow Architect

Atmosphere is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to scale internal AI tooling into practical workflows. You will work with sales and other teams to identify bottlenecks, design tooling, and coach users.
The role blends advocacy, systems building, and hands-on implementation across Claude plugins and Salesforce integrations. You will partner with engineering to keep a clean, unified tech stack while guiding teams on the right balance between process changes, new software, or AI solutions.
