Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sunrise/Sawgrass is a family-operated spa known for its supportive team environment, strong culture, and commitment to both employee and guest success. We are seeking high-performing Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, delivering exceptional results, and growing their income through performance, client retention, and relationship-building. This role is best suited for experienced professionals who are comfortable recommending treatment plans, selling skincare products, and working in a fast-paced, performance-focused spa environment. - Actively help grow your book through referrals, client relationships, and outreach
- Active Florida Esthetician License
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience required
- Strong retail sales and consultation skills
- Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines strongly preferred
