Applies strong technical and analytical expertise to interpret how HR processes and data are structured, us ed and delivered . Leads through expertise and influence, strengthen ing the organization ’ s ability to leverage HR technology and data for in formed decision-making.Essential Responsibilities:Systems and Data Architecture IntegrationPartner s with HR team members to align system architecture, data structures, and governance practices in support of scalable reporting, analytics, and business process design .Identif ies gaps between current system design and decision-support needs , t ranslat ing findings into prioritized system, data, and process improvement s .Contribute s to the development of data structures, reporting hierarchies, metric definitions, and shared data standards .Support s data quality and readiness efforts to ensure integrity and consistency a cross automation, reporting, and analytic s use cases .Document s system, data, and business process decisions to promote transparency, scalability, and shared understanding .Analytics and Insights DeliveryLead s development of dashboards, reports, and analytic s that deliver clear, actionable workforce insights to HR leaders and stakeholders .Integrate s data to enable cross-functional HR analysis and informed decision-makingAnalyze s trends and metrics to identify opportunities in workforce planning, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness .Appl ies structured approaches to advance analysis from descriptive reporting to diagnostic and predictive insight s.Translate s complex data into concise , leadership-ready narratives and recommendations .HR Technology Solution Design & DeliveryIdentif ies and design s opportunities for p rocess optimization, automation, and system-enabled improvements across HR services .Evaluate s emerging technologies for readiness, data quality, ethical considerations, and alignment with KS values .Support s the design and pilot ing of automation and AI use cases that enhance efficiency, user experience, and decision support .Use s data and operational insights to drive continuous improvement in HR business processes, workflows , and service delivery .Collaborate s with HR partners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable system solutions .Lead s or support s the implementation of Workday modules, enhancements, integrations, and related system initiatives .Conduct s impact analyses for proposed system changes, considering cross-functional dependencies and downstream implications .Serve s as a subject matter expert for Workday capabilities , including configuration , integrations, and advanced functionality.Support s the execution and evolution of the HR technology roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities .C onsultation, Influence and C apability BuildingServe s as a consultative partner to HR leaders and stakeholders to shape solutions and strengthen outcomesMentor s and support s the development of analysts across systems, governance, and analytics domains, ensur ing quality and rigor of workReview s and refine s analytical outputs and system solutions to improve clarity, accuracy, and data impact .De velops tools, resources, and learning opportunities t o enhance data literacy, system fluency, and self-service capabilities .Facilitate s cross-functional sessions to translate complex system and data concepts into actionable solutions .Minimum Qualifications - An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for the requirements listed.Bachelor's Degree in HR Technology, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Business Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR technology, workforce analytics, or related areas, demonstrating growth across both technical and analytical domainsProven ability to design and deliver decision-ready workforce insights for leadership audiencesExperience working across HR systems, data structures, and reporting environments, understanding how system design impacts analytics and decision-makingExperience contributing to analytics practices, data governance frameworks, or reporting architectureExperience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or process redesign initiativesDemonstrated ability to influence without authority through consultation, facilitation, and translation of complex concepts into actionable recommendationsProven experience developing others through mentorship, coaching, or collaborative project leadershipStrong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilitiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to diverse audiencesPreferred QualificationsWorkday experience including advanced reporting, Prism Analytics, dashboards, or ExtendExp osure to predictive analytics, workforce forecasting, or scenario planningFamiliarity with automation tools or AI-enabled technologies in an HR or enterprise contextProject or change management experience or certificationE xperience in an education, non-profit, or mission-driven organizational contextPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods of time, perform desk-based computer tasks, grasp objects with light or fine manipulation, and talk and hear.Occasionally stand and/or walk, write by hand , and lift and/or carry, push and/or pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.Rarely twist, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, reach or work above shoulder, or grasp forcefully.Working ConditionsThis position involves traveling to various locations, including neighbor islands to conduct business.Work is conducted in an office/school environment and may require work to be conducted in non-standard workplaces.Work is typically conducted Monday through Friday at normal business hours but may also be required in the evenings or on weekends, as necessary.On-call status is expected 24:7 for related business.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by incumbents assigned to this job.
