Financial Consultant – Rockway Services LLC
Join Our Sales Team!
Rockway Services LLC is looking for motivated, results-driven Financial Consultants to join our team. If you have strong sales experience, enjoy helping people, and are confident communicating with customers, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Speak with clients about their financial needs and available solutions
Handle inbound calls and follow up with company-provided leads
Explain financial programs, terms, and next steps clearly
Build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales
Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
Meet monthly sales and performance goals
Follow all company policies and applicable regulations
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of call-center sales experience
2+ years of CRM experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat inquiries
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to build rapport and confidently close sales
Pay & Benefits
$120,000–$260,000+ potential annual earnings
UNCAPPED commissions
Top performers can earn $20K–$30K+ per month
