HR Generalist
Client has a great opportunity for an HR Generalist in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This position is on-site only, the ideal candidate will be located in the general area. Responsibilities
- Support and drive human resources people initiatives in the Smyrna, TN Client's Plant.
- Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross functional plant teams including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion.
- Be a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support.
- Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including internal and external recruitment, career fairs and employee event engagement.
Must Have
- Self-directed, creative and willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
- Enjoy working with others within a career in Human Resources.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field of study.
- Experience or interest in Project Management
- Preferred experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Mircosoft360
