REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor for Manufacturing in Clarksville, TN.

The Supervisor Manufacturing – ASC Operations is responsible for leading production teams to achieve manufacturing goals aligned with company strategies. This role focuses on driving performance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while managing day-to-day operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coaching a team of approximately 15 employees to achieve production targets and performance standards
• Monitoring workflow, equipment, and process variables to ensure efficient and compliant operations
• Analyzing production data to identify improvements, optimize cost, and enhance output quality
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence across processes
• Ensuring adherence to EHS policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Developing and maintaining reporting systems to track production performance and operational metrics
• Managing inventory, raw material usage, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment while fostering teamwork across departments

What are we looking for?

• High School diploma or G.E.D required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience and strong performance in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience training people
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
• Self-starter who challenges the status quo and drives innovation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other system-based tools
• Ability to work within regulated environments and ensure compliance standards
