Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with outpatient sites in Pomona and Atlantic City) Start Date: Negotiable End Date/Duration: Full-time ongoing Shift: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (rotate between outpatient locations) and call schedule as required Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week Employment Type: Permanent, direct employment only (agency submissions preferred) Licenses/Certifications: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine; Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS); DEA Experience: Prior MFM experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Salary: $650,000 annually (base) Incentives: Up to $25,000 annual quality bonus CME & Professional Expenses: $4,500/year + 5 paid CME days Relocation: Up to $10,000 reimbursement PTO & Leave: 224 PTO hours + 40 hours NJ Sick Leave Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Additional: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient maternal fetal medicine services at two locations and at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Collaborate with Obstetrics, Neonatology, and other specialties to optimize patient outcomes Manage high-risk pregnancies, including consultations in the Level III NICU setting Support postpartum management and remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Participate in rotating call schedules, including nights and weekends Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems Support a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, sonographers, and practice managers What You Need: Current NJ medical license and DEA registration Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) certification Proven experience in high-risk obstetrics and fetal medicine Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This position offers the opportunity to work at a leading facility in Atlantic City and Pomona, NJ, serving diverse high-risk obstetric patients within a supportive, technology-driven environment.
