Receptionist/Fulfillment Specialist - FT or PT

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the smooth operation of our front office. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members. Maintain organized and clean reception and common areas, ensuring they reflect our company standards. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies. Provide basic information to clients and visitors about our company, products, and services. Ensure a secure environment by monitoring visitors' logbooks and issuing visitor badges. Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to manage warehouse inventory and maintain stock levels. Perform quality checks on all outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the fulfillment area to ensure it is clean and efficient. Address any order discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and streamline processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Support in organizing company events and meetings as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
