Instead, you’ll be working with existing customers , building relationships and helping them get the most value from the services available. You will: Speak with existing customers on a daily basis Understand their business needs and challenges Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact Work towards targets in a supportive, high-energy environment Who This Is Perfect For This role is ideal if you are already in a customer-focused role and ready for a step up.
