Position: ASCP-Certified Medical Technologist (MT/MLT)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Pay + Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) degree from an accredited institution
ASCP certification required
Knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality control processes
Open to both new graduates and experienced Medical Technologists
Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities

Perform chemical and microscopic analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid, to identify normal and abnormal components
Collect and properly handle biological specimens in accordance with laboratory standards
Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation used for qualitative and quantitative testing
Accurately document and enter laboratory test results into computerized systems
