Flex Assistant Stylist - SPV - Michigan Avenue

Summary The Flex Assistant Stylist supports the Salesperson Video Program by receiving, preparing, and managing samples for video shoots. This flexible, as-needed role coordinates with project teams and store logistics to ensure product is prepped, labeled, and returned according to schedule. The position may require travel between store locations and variable hours during peak periods. Responsibilities Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and sensors Ensure all product is prepped and labeled accurately and delivered in time for assigned filming shifts Maintain a clean, organized prep area following program and store guidelines Communicate product discrepancies or damage immediately to Project Coordinators and regional producers Procure items from the salesfloor as needed while adhering to store guidelines for customer interaction and dress Partner with store logistics teams to check out inventory for filming and manage returns Communicate with program teams using Microsoft Teams and other tools Lift and move product as required (up to 30 pounds) and travel between stores when necessary Requirements Bachelor's or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of on-figure, high-volume e-commerce assisting experience Steaming skills required Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond flexibly to changing business priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
