Bling Empire Company is a fast-growing lifestyle brand specializing in handmade press-on nails, hair accessories, and beauty products. We are heavily event-based, attending shows, fairs, conventions, and pop-ups across California and beyond. We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Associate who thrives in face-to-face selling and brand representation.

Role Overview

As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bling Empire at events and retail activations. You’ll greet customers, educate them on our products, provide demos, process sales using POS systems, and help train new team members. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, sales, travel, and fast-paced environments.

Travel & Flexibility:

As a show- and event-based business, travel is a core part of this position. This role involves frequent travel within and outside of California, including driving and air travel. Ideal candidates are flexible, adaptable, and excited about being on the road for events. All travel-related expenses will be fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Introduce products and explain features, benefits, and usage
• Perform live product demos (press-on nails, hair accessories, etc.)
• Process transactions using POS systems (Shopify or Square POS experience is a plus)
• Upsell, cross-sell, and meet sales goals
• Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and inventory organization
• Travel to shows, fairs, and events as needed
• Train and support new sales staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand booth presence

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience (beauty or event sales preferred)
• Experience training or leading others
• Comfortable speaking to large volumes of customers
• Flexible availability, including weekends and travel
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
