Position Overview

Are you a white-glove service expert who's obsessed with the future of Artificial Intelligence?

TaskUs is looking for an extraordinary Assistant Agent - Human-Led AI Concierge to sit right at the dynamic intersection of premium lifestyle services and advanced AI technology.

In this role, you won't just handle client requests-you'll be the human subject matter expert, quality backbone, and calibration standard for our AI concierge platform. You will combine your sharp service intuition and high emotional intelligence to ensure our high-value clientele receives flawless, warm, and hyper-personalized experiences every single time.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Deliver Ridiculously Good Service: Directly own and resolve complex, high-value, or bespoke client requests across travel, fine dining, events, and luxury lifestyle management.
• Calibrate & Train AI Models: Review call/chat transcripts, refine AI training workflows, and provide structured feedback to elevate our AI's accuracy, tone, and empathy.
• Be the Quality Backbone: Serve as the human safety net-spotting AI output anomalies, bridging service gaps, and overriding or taking over client interactions when human judgment is needed.
• Drive Product Innovation: Collaborate with our product, UX, and AI development teams by providing hands-on operational feedback to continuously level up the platform.

Who You Are (The Ideal Teammate)

• Bespoke Service Pro: You bring 1-2+ years of experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, bespoke lifestyle management, or premium customer service. You know what high-net-worth clients expect, and you always strive for excellence to exceed those standards.
• Emotionally Intelligent Communicator: You exercise emotional intelligence with every interaction. You have excellent written/spoken English and can seamlessly adjust your tone to match luxury client expectations.
• Tech-Curious & Agile: You love learning new tools, adapt rapidly to product updates, and are excited by AI. (Bonus points if you have experience with LLMs/GenAI, QA auditing, transcript annotation, or UX testing!)
• Analytical & Sharp-Eyed: You catch what others miss-tone mismatches, subtle errors, or incomplete outputs-and know how to turn edge cases into structured feedback.
• Autonomous & Resilient: You take full ownership of your work, stay grounded under pressure, and thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.

Qualifications & Expectations

• 1-2+ years in premium phone/chat-based client communications.
• Familiarity with service quality metrics (CSAT, tone scoring, resolution efficiency).
• High comfort level with ambiguous workflows and high-judgment decision-making.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call availability to support an always-on concierge environment.
