About the Role Our client is looking for dedicated Production Operators to join their dynamic team in Welkom. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the efficient assembly of products according to specifications. This hands-on role is fundamental to achieving our client's production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor various types of production machinery safely and efficiently. Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues. Assemble products according to specified work instructions and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles. Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Requirements Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work instructions accurately. Basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
