Lab Technician

Job Title

Overall objective/accountability Perform routine general chemistry analyses and sample preparations per Nestlé or official methodologies. Support administrative tasks and Good Laboratory Practices checks performed.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities

• Receive, process and track analytical sample requests
• Communicate with project managers to obtain necessary information
• Coordinate analyses with other Analytical Section analysts
• Perform routine in-house chemical and physical testing
• Monitor and maintain basic analytical equipment
• Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment
• Accurately document analytical analysis
• Comply with Nestlé Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

Associate degree or B.S. in a science-related field with one year of related experience or a High School diploma(or GED) with three years of related experience.
