Senior Accountant Location: BocaRaton/DelrayBeach, FL In-Office | Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: Competitive Base + Bonus Ready to advance your accounting career? Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team and take ownership of daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Why You’ll Love This Role Target Salary range $85K-105K (based on experience), plus additional bonus opportunity; great benefits Opportunity to work on complex accounting across multiple entities Collaborative team environment with room for growth Exposure to investor reporting and audit processes What You’ll Do Execute month‑end close and prepare financial statements. Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations for multiple entities. Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages for investors, lenders, and management. Analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness. Support annual audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ad‑hoc projects and process improvements. Prepare lease and owner share payment analyses. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred 3–5 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a mix of public and industry Exposure to real estate, leasing, or telecommunications is a plus Experience with lease accounting Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred Great attitude, positive and interested in personal and professional growth Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Ability to work independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
