26-27 New Heights Capacity Building VISTA

New Heights is an independent non‑profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth to become leaders and student‑athletes. The New Heights Capacity Building VISTA supports the Data and Program Teams in strengthening data collection, volunteer management, outreach, and event planning. Responsibilities Improve processes for collecting program data and ensure accurate weekly schedule documentation. Collect and record academic data from participants and alumni. Establish a volunteer management plan that screens and allocates volunteers to meet organizational needs. Create outreach materials for current families regarding program offerings and data collection. Collaborate to plan program events and document community partner outreach.
