Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager (New York City Metropolitan Area)

About the Role

ororo is looking for an Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across our direct-to-consumer ecommerce business.

This role will focus on paid advertising, SEO, ecommerce performance, and conversion optimization . We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable turning data into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels
• Own campaign budgets, targeting, creative testing, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition
• Work with the creative team to develop and test better-performing ads
• Manage ecommerce SEO , including keyword research, product/category page optimization, technical SEO, and organic growth opportunities
• Analyze website traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and customer behavior
• Identify opportunities to improve product pages, landing pages, promotions, and the overall shopping experience
• Track and report key ecommerce and marketing performance metrics
• Support new growth channels and ecommerce initiatives as the business expands

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of SEO and ecommerce analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Shopify is preferred
• Experience in apparel, consumer products, or DTC ecommerce is a plus
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
