Supervisor, Pharmacy (2:00PM - 10:30PM ET)

Job Overview The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for leading the workforce optimization of the Valley View, OH pharmacy. The role contributes to a positive culture while ensuring the pharmacy meets the necessary KPIs. The supervisor will lead by AnewHealth Core Values and deliver on the Patient Promise. Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for all fulfillment pharmacy functions. Maintain high level quality assurance for the automated dispensing equipment. Maintain accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment along the conveyor. Oversee packaging orders to be shipped to patients. Monitor the host administrator terminal to ensure all orders are submitted correctly to Fulfillment. Be an expert on a variety of pharmacy systems. Manage employee performance activities such as 1:1s, coaching forms, and corrective action. Lead the workforce optimization of the Fulfillment pharmacy. Manage Pharmacy Technician schedules and staffing needs. Ensure the pharmacy meets KPIs and daily goals for timely delivery to patients. Perform and review quality audits and reviews. Train and develop Pharmacy Technicians. Communicate with internal leaders to resolve patient issues using superior written and verbal skills. Drive impactful culture through daily leadership aligned with Core Values and the Patient Promise. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: CPhT preferred. Experience: At least two years of current experience in a Pharmacy Technician role with a high volume pharmacy. Demonstrated supervisory/leadership abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Documented leadership abilities. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Experience in a high volume pharmacy environment. Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Passion to help people and enrich their lives. Ability to stand without assistance for an entire shift. Physical / Mental Demands This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands including hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Schedule This is a full‑time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside normal business hours on an ad‑hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and may be adjusted as needed.
