Social Worker (LMSW) - Lincoln Park, MI

Shift - Mon - Fri (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly family therapy using TFCO practices

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy

• Implement behavioral interventions for children & families

• Coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and community agencies

• Support families in accessing resources

• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings

• Maintain documentation and meet state guidelines

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Active MI license: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP, or LP

• 1+ year experience working with minors & families

• Meet Child Mental Health Professional requirements within 120 days

• Valid driver's license & ability to obtain chauffeur's license

• Strong engagement, communication, and cultural competency skills

Preferred

• Experience with TFCO, CBT, pragmatic family therapy, or Wayne County CMH

• EMR experience
