Telesales Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative

Updated: May 11, 2026 Location: Cambridge, MA, United States Job ID: 14297-OTHLOC-CYUvYfw5 The Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (PVAR) represents the company with assigned customers in coordination with the Field Sales Vaccine Pharmacy Account Executives (VPAE). The PVAR must have strong knowledge of the vaccine market and must demonstrate sound business judgment, account management skills, customer service tenets, exemplary sales skills, and an understanding of ordering, fulfillment, and returns processes. Responsibilities Disseminating approved product messages Capitalizing on opportunities to sell Providing support around vaccine ordering and account management This is a hybrid role wherein approximately 50% of the PVAR's time will be spent on the phone or Microsoft Teams proactively contacting assigned customers and approximately 50% of the PVAR’s time will be spent in face‑to‑face engagements with Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, and other Vaccine customers. To achieve excellence, the PVAR must provide superior account management services in coordination with VPAEs and demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of the following equivalent experience: Professional sales experience Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) Military Experience 1-2 years sales or customer service experience required Superior communication skills (written and oral) Ability to travel 50% and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned pharmacy accounts, unless otherwise specified Benefits The benefits for this position will include a competitive compensation package, health benefits to include medical, dental, and vision, company match 401(k), flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time.
