Registered Behavior Technician Location: Omaha, Nebraska (68130 and 68136) Available Schedules Center Based. Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Home Based. Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Hybrid (Center & Home). Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Work Setting: In‑person. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Collect data on every goal, every day, using our seamless tech tools Teach real‑world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime, helping kids say their first word or make a new friend Collaborate with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs who have your back Continuously learn and grow as we believe great therapists are built, not born Qualifications You are at least 18 years old (required) You have a high school diploma or GED (required) You are available Monday through Friday for one of the following schedules: Center Based. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Home Based. 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Hybrid Services. 12:00 – 6:00 PM An active, unexpired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification , or you’re willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and complete Nebraska Medicaid enrollment through Maximus before providing billable services You have your own reliable transportation You’re reliable, communicative, and eager to learn You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus) You’re playful, patient, and positive We will walk you through the process of obtaining an RBT certification, NPI, and Medicaid enrollment during onboarding if you do not yet have them. Work Environment We provide services in center‑based, home‑based and hybrid settings.
