Responsibilities

The Jorgensen Family YMCA is looking for an energetic, outgoing team player to fill the position part-time roles in various positions.

• Connect: Build effective, authentic relationships with members
• Nurture: Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all to belong at the Y
• Inspire: Exemplify outstanding customer service and a sense of community to Members, Participants, and Coworkers to foster their connection and growth with the Y and within the community

Requirements

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:

• At least 16 years old* Some positions may require 18 or 21 years.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Salary: Part-time hourly positions

Hours Available: Part-time hours are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
