About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring a Sales Contract Specialist on behalf of our client , a global healthcare organization supporting commercial sales initiatives within a regulated environment. This team partners closely with sales and internal stakeholders to manage contract workflows and customer requirements.

Job Description:

The Sales Contract Specialist will support the sales organization by managing RFPs, RFIs, and vendor registration for institutional and educational customers. This role blends contract review with customer-facing communication and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming RFPs, RFIs, and vendor documentation received through email and automated contract portals
• Review and validate RFP/RFI and vendor information for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Coordinate internal approvals with sales, legal, and cross-functional teams and submit responses
• Act as a customer-facing contact to answer questions and guide clients through the RFP process
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions across multiple active requests
• Maintain data integrity within CRM and contract management systems
• Support sales objectives by RFP responses with commercial strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–5+ years of experience in contract review, RFP support, procurement, or sales operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and stakeholder interaction
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare or healthcare manufacturing experience preferred
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow defined workflows and processes
