Job Title: Sales Contract Specialist

Location: Aurora, IL (2x a week onsite)

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: $34-38/hr on a contract to hire basis

About Our Client

Addison Group is partnering with a stable manufacturing organization seeking Sales Contract Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy administrative work and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for schools, educational institutions, and pediatric customers requiring company documentation and compliance information
• Respond to requests for vendor onboarding materials, including Tax ID information, legal entity documentation, business addresses, insurance certificates, quality certifications, and other required records
• Coordinate the completion and submission of customer forms, questionnaires, and compliance documentation within established deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of customer requests, documentation, and submission status to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Legal, Quality, Compliance, and Finance, to gather and provide requested information
• Monitor and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree is requied
• Minimum of 4-5 years of contract review, RFP or procurement experience
• MS Office Suites and any contract review software - Salesforce is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities
