About the Role

As  Private Client Group Personal Lines Account Manager , you join an independent insurance broker looking for someone with extensive high-net-worth personal lines expertise to help transform how they support and deliver client service to affluent clients. 

A hybrid schedule is available.

Duties & Responsibilities

Keys to your success   include:

• Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
• Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, helping the team achieve success through excellent retention, seeking out additional revenue opportunities, and improving service delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Several years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) with a strong understanding of the full-cycle client service process including remarketing; private client group expertise is rquired
• Independent agency experience is required
• State insurance license
