A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an Analytics Consultant - Cloud Operations in Chandler, AZ. Irving, TX. or Charlotte, NC. (hybrid 3 days on-site). Our ideal candidate will strengthen the team’s KPI reporting and analytics capabilities by transforming operational data into meaningful insights and recommendations—preferably an Operational Analytics Consultant. While we’re primarily looking for someone to strengthen the team’s analytics capabilities, we’re also open to candidates with a systems or infrastructure engineering background who have an interest in operational analytics. The Service Reliability and Delivery team is seeking a Senior Operational Analytics Consultant to transform operational data into actionable business insights. This role goes beyond building dashboards. The primary responsibility is to understand operational performance, identify trends and root causes, develop hypotheses, and provide recommendations that enable leadership to make informed decisions. Working closely SRE, Data Engineers, and BI specialists, this role serves as the bridge between operational data and executive decision making.
