Learning Experience Manager

Responsibilities Maintain a training schedule for the assigned sites and/or GEOs on a daily basis, ensuring transparency with other departments. Update spreadsheets for employee rosters for the assigned sites and/or GEOs daily as personnel change. Create new learning experience staff seats, including updated job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges. Interview new learning experience staff, focusing on skillsets and cultural fit. Onboard staff with a comprehensive overview of TaskUs culture and job expectations. Set job expectations with staff, covering all policies and procedures for training. Grade staff on training skill sets, assessing KPIs. Develop staff and leadership through continued education and required certifications. Observe staff during training classes; conduct regular evaluations. Provide coaching and feedback to support staff development. Establish KPIs and standards, conducting performance evaluations and goal setting. Offer tools and resources for creating high‑quality training materials. Document staff information in electronic records. Analyze training evaluation forms for each class, spotting trends to improve programs. Create and maintain training methodologies to enhance the learning experience. Communicate closely with Recruiting and Operations to close the pipeline‑to‑production loop. Ensure accountability to occupational health and safety requirements during training. Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications 5+ years of prior training experience. 2+ years of prior management experience, preferably in training or learning development. 2+ years of prior BPO experience, preferably. 2+ years of technical support or emergency coordination/response/crisis management experience. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Travel up to 25% of the time. Adaptability to quick change and a strong desire to learn. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Dynamic leadership and communication: motivational training and presentations with conflict‑management skills. Strategic project coordination: strong organizational and project‑management skills with operational flexibility.
