Responsibilities Help operate the restaurant on a day‑to‑day basis as a Shift Manager. Assist the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. Help team members through performance and training initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back for more. Qualifications Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. At least 18 years of age. Salary $15.50 - $24.42 per hour The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
