Chemical Plant Shift Lead — Safety, Ops & Improvement

Sika is looking for a Shift Supervisor in Brighton, Colorado, to lead a team in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations. You will support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about safety and teamwork, capable of optimally guiding a high-performance team while participating in continuous improvement efforts.
