The Boatman Agency is expanding and seeking motivated professionals who want more control over their career growth. You will work with individuals who have requested information about insurance coverage, conduct virtual consultations, explain available options, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the application process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Meet with prospective clients by phone and Zoom Evaluate client needs and discuss coverage options Maintain professional and timely communication Track appointments and follow-up through our CRM Participate in ongoing training and coaching Follow all licensing and compliance requirementsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
