Overview
Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Tele (Travel) in Pittsfield, MA, starting 07/13/2026 for a travel assignment of several weeks. Earn 2,243–2,300 per week, with no guaranteed hours. Shift: Days, 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults on a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry service, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; monitor patient responses and document accurately
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and neurological checks as indicated; respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with clinical policies and safety standards
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care; maintain patient safety and infection control protocols

Requirements
- Licensure: Massachusetts RN license in hand at submission
- Education: BSN required
- Experience: 3–4 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing (MS) experience required
- Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
- Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccine + booster required (no exemptions)
- Local radius: within 50 miles of the assignment location preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital MS unit
