$20.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our staffing team. This position supports high-volume recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, and general labor positions throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire .
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Assist applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
- Coordinate employee placements and start dates
- Maintain consistent communication with employees and clients
- Follow up on attendance, assignments, and employee availability
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
- Assist with job fairs and other recruiting efforts
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Recruiting or staffing-agency experience preferred
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
