Job Details

• Position Description:
  Provides physical therapy services across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled units. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Required Qualifications:
  BLS Certification; minimum 1 year of relevant experience; physical therapy degree; license to submit not required; availability for a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; experience preferred but will train.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  Experience in outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled nursing settings.

• Schedule:
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Additional Information:
  Casual professional dress code. Department-specific orientation provided. The role involves working in various clinical settings including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled units. No weekend, holiday, or scrub color requirements specified.
