Real Estate Inside Sales Agent - Growth

We're a high-volume real estate investment company in Las Vegas, closing around 100 deals a year, and we're looking for a Lead Manager to be the heartbeat of our pipeline. This is a relationship-first role: you'll be the first point of contact for our leads and agent relationships, building trust, nurturing every opportunity, and making sure no lead ever goes cold. You won't be closing deals — you'll be the reason our closers have warm, qualified deals to close. You'll work leads through our CRM with relentless, organized follow-up across phone, text, and email, qualify them against our criteria, and hand off deal-ready opportunities to the acquisitions team at exactly the right moment. The right person genuinely loves people, stays disciplined with follow-up when others give up, and cares about our mission of helping homeowners sell their homes as-is.
