Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities Weigh, assemble, package, and label various forms of cannabis. Operate equipment as needed and dictated by the process. Adhere to manufacturing processes. Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs as directed. Continuously focus on organizational goals: safety & security of employees and product; compliance with all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by city, county, and state; quality of product and packaging; on‑time delivery and customer service; process performance. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Perform additional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadership. Requirements Production experience in food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team. Detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage high‑stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when required. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance. Must have reliable transportation. Minimum high school or G.E.D. equivalent required.
