They provide service recommendations and communicate any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. The service advisor must be able to analyze, comprehend and recommend financial objectives that increase sale and service results energized by face-to-face interaction with guests, to include resolving any issues, and help increase sales and build loyalty. Simply put, we're looking for people who can provide exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, and for those considering college you can earn credits through Jiffy Lube (Ace Credit) courses.
