This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, vertically integrated real estate firm and play a foundational role in building out their internal finance function.About Our Client: Our client is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, focused on value-add multifamily and dedicated to building a best-in-class portfolio across the Midwest.Your Responsibilities:Produce monthly property-level P&L statements by reconciling property management reports and recording all income and expensesConfirm rental income and expenses match actual bank activity across all propertiesMonitor cash flow across bank accounts and ensure funds are moving where they shouldEnsure mortgage payments, insurance, and property taxes are paid accurately and on timePrepare financial reports for monthly P&L review meetings with leadershipThe Skills and Experience You Bring:1 to 3 years of accounting experience, specifically in multifamilyComfortable reconciling property management financials against bank activityStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneouslySelf-sufficient and comfortable working on a lean teamClear communicator who can present financial information directly to ownershipPerks and Benefits You'll Receive:Base salary starting at $75,000, depending on experienceOpportunity to grow with a firm actively expanding its portfolioHow to Apply and Be Selected: Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io, and our team will reach out with the following steps if selected.
