Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd Shift, based in the Appleton-Oshkosh-Neenah area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, repairing industrial machinery, and conducting inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance Strong Electrical Skills Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices and techniques Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred High school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Gibraltar Industries
