CMM Programmer

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CMM Programmer role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision parts and assemblies. Develop and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar platforms. Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications to ensure accurate measurement and inspection. Perform first article, in‑process, and final inspections to verify product conformance. Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports for internal teams and customers. Identify non‑conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and product quality. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred. Proven experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar). Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading. Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage $30‑$40 DOE.
