Buscamos un Community Manager creativo, proactivo e innovador, apasionado por las tendencias del mundo digital. La persona en este puesto será responsable de gestionar las redes sociales, desarrollar estrategias de contenido y elaborar guiones para piezas audiovisuales, asegurando una conexión efectiva con la audiencia y alineándose con los objetivos de la marca. Responsabilidades Principales Diseñar y gestionar grillas de contenido mensual para redes sociales. Crear y programar publicaciones en diversas plataformas digitales. Elaborar guiones creativos y dinámicos para la producción de videos. Diseñar elementos gráficos básicos para acompañar las publicaciones. Monitorear y analizar métricas de redes sociales para optimizar el rendimiento. Investigar y aplicar tendencias digitales para mantener contenidos innovadores y atractivos. Gestionar la interacción con la comunidad digital (responder comentarios, mensajes, etc.). Requisitos Experiencia previa en gestión de redes sociales. Conocimientos sólidos en diseño gráfico (herramientas como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Habilidades en redacción y creación de guiones para contenido audiovisual. Creatividad y capacidad para generar contenido visual y escrito atractivo. Conocimientos básicos en edición de video (deseable). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas tendencias y herramientas digitales. Disponibilidad de trabajar fines de semana. Disponibilidad de Viajar.
