Social Media and Community Manager

The Social Media & Community Manager brings our brand strategy to life through daily presence, voice, and community engagement. This role is responsible for how the brand shows up in real time—creating a consistent, warm, and culturally relevant experience across social platforms. You will translate campaign direction and brand POV into content, conversation, and connection with our community. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the social content calendar across all platforms Publish posts, Stories, and community updates on schedule Write captions that reflect Freestyle’s tone, values, and campaign direction Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement with care and personality Build genuine relationships with parents and caregivers in the community Lead TYB challenges and community activations from posting to engagement Curate, organize, and repost UGC aligned with brand direction Monitor trends, cultural moments, and social conversations to inform content Partner with customer service on escalations and sensitive situations Support product launches and retail moments through organic storytelling Track organic performance and surface insights and opportunities Ensure all daily execution reflects the brand’s strategic vision Ideal Background 2–5+ years managing brand social accounts Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Deep understanding of digital culture, parent culture, and tone Community-first mindset with high emotional intelligence Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Experience with loyalty or community platforms (TYB a plus) Experience in social listening and reporting Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ForceBrands
