You will be the friendly voice of our agency, reaching out to the community to share how we can help protect what matters most to them. This is not about robotic scripts or high-pressure tactics; it is about building bridges, identifying needs, and setting the stage for our agents to provide real solutions. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance services and discuss their protection needs.
Clearly explain the value of Allstate’s offerings and answer basic questions regarding policy coverage.
Schedule follow-up appointments for our licensed sales staff to review detailed quotes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and conversations within our internal system.
Collaborate with the rest of the office to refine outreach strategies and improve overall connection rates.
Represent the Jennifer Zellner agency with warmth and integrity during every interaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong comfort level with initiating phone conversations and managing high call volumes.
Clear, engaging, and professional communication style.
Basic computer literacy for logging information and managing daily schedules.
Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection.
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or appointment setting is helpful but not mandatory.
