CDL A Drivers Earn 2190/WK On Dedicated Account Home Weekly

  Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. Urine test only.

These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). A driver’s average pay is $2190/WK with deliveries running the Northeast.

· Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.

· Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average about 900-1200 miles per week and complete three loads. Drivers average pay $2190/WK   Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1-35LBS on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.

· When the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.

· Training is generally 3-5 days which is paid at $215/Day. After training drivers will be assigned their truck and can have rider and pet ride along.

· Full benefits will start after 60 days and will include:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must live in any of the following states; however do not hire in the Bors or Long Island. NY, CT, MD, MA and RI

· Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional or OTR.

· CDL must be in state of current residence when you apply.

· May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.

· May have Two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years

o None with a major traffic violation

o Preventable Rear End

o No jackknifes

o No rollovers

· Can not have been terminated from most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what employer states on the verification.

· You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle

o 15+

o Reckless

o Following too closely

o Texting or using handheld device
