Strategic CFO: US Growth & Finance Leader

Pierre Fabre USA is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead finance, FP&A and accounting for US operations. You will partner with CEOs and executive teams, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, oversee tax, cash, and controls, and drive M&A and growth initiatives across the Dermo-Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals entities.
The role requires CPA, Big 4 background, 15+ years in finance, and a track record in multinational pharma environments. Hybrid work in Secaucus, NJ with strong compensation and bonus potential.
