• Conduct welcoming and thorough screenings and interviews in both Swedish and English
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with candidates and clients—your interpersonal skills will be key!
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs and find the perfect match
• Maintain organized records and manage our candidate database with precision
• Support every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies and processes

• Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential—let your language skills shine!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
